Sales and customers / AraWeb

They contacted you. Now what?

I help you organise enquiries, quotes and customers to call back. Being found matters, but so does the way you look after people who have already reached you.

See where things get stuck

A common situation

“I promised them a quote. But who was supposed to send it?”

An example, not a client story.

It is about looking after people

An enquiry is not a sale yet.

Some people call while you are busy, some ask questions and return weeks later, and others need a price before deciding. If every step relies on memory, it becomes difficult to know where things stand. Getting organised does not mean chasing everyone: it means knowing who is waiting for a reply and keeping the commitments you have made.

This is the difference from marketing: communication helps people discover you; this work helps you look after them once they have contacted you. We can focus on either area or connect them, if it makes sense.

From the first call to the reply

Where do things fall through?

This is an example of a process, not a promise for every business. We look together at where conversations stop in your business and which information helps you pick them up again.

01

An enquiry arrives

Through the website, by phone or in person. You need to know who contacted you, what they want and who will reply. If this information is scattered, the work is harder from the start.

02

A proposal is prepared

Someone asks for a price or waits for a quote. We organise the information needed and who should take the next step, without asking customers the same questions again.

03

The conversation continues

Sending a quote does not mean receiving a reply. We agree on when to call again, how to record the outcome and when to stop. No barrage of automated messages.

How we approach it

A clear approach first. A tool if needed.

You do not need to buy software because someone tells you to “get a CRM”. You need to understand what happens to enquiries and how you work. The solution can be small; above all, it needs to be used.

  1. We look at how you work now

We trace a real enquiry from arrival to response. Who takes notes? Where is the quote stored? How do you know whether the person has been called back? We start with your existing steps, not a model designed for other companies.

  2. We choose what to improve

Sometimes all you need is a clear rule about who replies and when. Other times, it helps to organise customer information or change how quotes are prepared. We set priorities together, based on the people and time you have.

  3. We put the approach into practice

We organise the steps we agree on and, if needed, the tools to follow them: a simple register, existing software or a custom solution. The people working with you should know what to do without learning a new language.

  4. We check whether it helps

We check that enquiries are handled and that the approach is sustainable during a working day. If a step makes things harder instead of helping, we change it. Ongoing support is agreed in advance, not assumed.

A real project / La Boutique della Carne

The website is just the start.

For Macelleria La Boutique della Carne, we built a website and private software bringing together accounts, customers and daily operations. We also support their sales strategy: a real example of how websites, information and organisation can be part of the same work without becoming a compulsory package.

Growth recorded during our collaboration. The client's amounts remain confidential; we do not attribute this result to the website alone, the software or a single sales action. It is not a forecast for other projects.

Sales and customer questions

What to clarify before starting.

What I do, what I do not do and when a new tool is actually useful.

Yes. Marketing is about the message and channels through which someone discovers your business. Here, we work on what happens afterwards: receiving an enquiry, replying, preparing a proposal and knowing when to call again. The two can work together, but you can start with whichever is causing problems today.

No. If your existing tools work well, we start with them. First, we understand which information is actually needed and who should use it. New software makes sense only when it solves a real problem that a simpler approach cannot.

This is not an outsourced sales service. I help organise how you and your colleagues handle enquiries, quotes and customers. Who replies and who negotiates with customers remains your decision, to be defined clearly.

Yes, if you receive enquiries that need attention. You do not need a sales office: even someone working alone may need to track who was promised a quote or who is waiting for a reply. The approach should fit your actual work, not the other way round.

It depends on how many people are involved, how you work now and what we decide to change. After an initial conversation, I can propose the scope, timelines and cost. I do not publish packages with standard prices and results because, without seeing your situation, I might promise the wrong thing.

No. We can make it clearer who should reply, where information is stored and which enquiries are still open. Sales also depend on your offer, price, market and the people dealing with customers. We assess observable changes together without attributing everything happening in the business to one intervention.

Who replies? Where is the information kept? Is someone waiting for a quote? We start with a situation from your day and work out whether you need a clearer approach, a tool or simply a change of habit. No revenue promises before understanding your business.
