Marketing and communication / AraWeb

Being seen is not enough.

Marketing, social media strategy and advertising to explain your offer to the right people. First, we decide what to say and who to say it to. Then we choose where to spend.

Explore how I work

One simple question

If someone sees your advertising today, do they understand why they should call you?

Visibility is not always the problem

You can pay to reach a thousand people. And reach the wrong ones.

A campaign outside your area, an unclear offer or a website that does not explain how to contact you can waste money. That is why I do not start with ads: I start with what you sell, who you want to reach and the steps they need to take to choose you.

The process, in plain language

Four questions before spending a euro.

01

Who do you want to reach?

Not everyone. Understanding who actually buys, what they need and what concerns they have helps avoid spending money reaching the wrong people.

For example: someone looking for a service nearby has a different need from someone simply watching a video.

02

Why should they choose you?

We clarify your offer and explain it in plain language. If people do not understand what you do and why they need it, advertising will not solve the problem.

Before asking someone to contact you, give them clear answers about your service, timelines and way of working.

03

Where is it worth investing?

Only then do we choose the channels: Google, social media, your website or other tools. The choice depends on how your customers search for and assess what you sell.

A Google ad responds to a search; social media can introduce you to people who are not looking for you yet.

04

What happens next?

We check whether useful enquiries are coming in and what happens when someone contacts you. This information helps us improve the message, page or advertising.

Lots of clicks without enquiries are not enough. And lots of enquiries from outside your service area are not a good result.

Social media and advertising

Strategy first. Channels second.

Google can be useful when someone is already searching for what you sell. Social media can introduce you or help explain an offer. Neither is compulsory: we choose based on your business, location and the resources you actually have.

STRATEGY

Clarify the message

Who to reach, which problem you solve and why to choose you. A useful direction for the people handling your website, sales and communication too.

ADVERTISING

Spend with purpose

We assess the channel, audience, message and destination page. Campaign setup and any management are agreed in advance.

REVIEW

Understand the enquiries

We look at enquiries, not just views. If people are outside your area or uninterested, something needs to change.

Clear responsibilities

I am not a social media manager.

I do not prepare posts, photos and videos every week. I do not manage comments or account messages. I would rather tell you upfront: my work is to help you decide what to communicate, who to address and where, including through advertising.

I handle

Marketing and social media strategy, messages, channel selection and advertising setup as agreed.

I do not produce

Photos, videos and posts for daily publishing. If you already have someone creating them, we can work together.

We decide together

What you actually need, who prepares materials and who manages campaigns over time. No services left implied.

Frequently asked questions

Let's make things clear before we start.

Services, advertising and expectations: the answers I would like you to have before we even speak.

I do not offer a social media management service: I do not handle daily schedules, regular post publishing or messages. I can help you decide the role social media should play in your business, who to address and which messages to use. If someone already prepares and publishes your content, we can work in the same direction.

No, content production is not the service I offer. We can agree on which materials you need and what they should communicate, so the people creating photos, videos or graphics have clear guidance. Before starting, we always agree on who does what.

Yes, advertising is part of my work: we assess whether it makes sense for your business, which message to use, who should see it and which page they should reach after clicking. Setup and any ongoing campaign management are agreed within the project, based on goals, materials and available budget. There is no point running ads before these points are clear.

There is no right amount for everyone. It depends on what you sell, your service area, competition and the margin on each sale. Advertising spend is separate from strategy work. After reviewing your situation, I suggest a sustainable budget, or tell you if improving your offer and website first would be a better use of your money.

I cannot promise a number of customers or a date. Early campaigns can show which messages attract interest, but an enquiry also depends on your offer, price, competition and how you respond. We work on the steps we can control and revisit decisions based on actual enquiries.

No. If that collaboration works, we keep it. I can help set the direction: clarify the audience, goals, messages and priorities, working with whoever builds your website, content or campaigns. The aim is not to replace suppliers by default, but to give the work a shared purpose.

Let's talk about what you sell. Then about advertising.

Tell me what you do, which customers you want to reach and what you have already tried. We can work out whether I can help and where to start, without easy promises.
