> What do you still do manually every day?
AI automation
for your business
Enquiries to copy, forgotten reminders, the same files to update. We can connect your tools and remove some repetitive steps, with checks where they are needed.
Where we can help
> Enquiries without duplicate work
Information entered on your website can reach your business software without copying it again, if the programs support the connection.
> Useful reminders
After a call, a notification can remind you who to call back and when. Customer messages stay under your control.
> Assistants with clear rules
An assistant can search your documents for answers. If it cannot find a reliable answer, it passes the question to a person.
> Automatic summaries
We collect available data in one place so you can review work without rebuilding the same reports each time.
Does this happen to you too?
AI may not be necessary. First, we work out which steps are worth simplifying.
What you can automate in practice
These are examples of possible solutions, not results already achieved for a client. What is possible depends on your tools and the work to connect.
[1]Organised enquiries
An enquiry arrives from your website: we can collect the information the person provided and bring it into your business software without copying it again. First, we check which tools you use and which information you need.
[2]Reminders after a conversation
After a call, we can prepare a reminder to call the person back or a draft reply to review. Customer communications are set up with agreed rules and checks.
[3]Summaries without copying and pasting
If the data is available, we can bring together enquiries, orders or activities in a regular summary. First, we check that the numbers are correct and that the tools can communicate.
[4]Answers to common questions
An assistant can help find answers in your business materials. For unusual cases or sensitive information, it passes the request to a person: it must not invent answers.
How we work
First, we understand the problem. Then we test the solution, without assuming AI is always needed.
Understand the work
We look at the tasks you repeat and where you lose time: copying data, sending reminders and searching for information.
Choose where to start
You do not need to automate everything. We choose a useful step and check whether the tools you already use can connect it.
Build and test
We prepare the connection and test normal cases and exceptions, checking results before relying on it for daily work.
Put it to work
We show you what it does, where a person is still needed and how to spot when something is not working. Any later work is agreed separately.
Let's see what you can
stop doing manually
Tell me about a repetitive task that takes up your time. During a free call, we can work out whether it can be simplified and whether automation makes sense.
> Free callQuestions you may be asking
What you need, what could go wrong and what we decide together.
Not necessarily. First, we look at the software you already use and whether it supports the necessary connections. Sometimes a small adjustment is enough; other times a step in your work needs to change. I explain that before we start.
It depends on the work to connect, the software involved and the checks needed. Any external tool costs also need to be considered. After reviewing the process, I prepare a proposal explaining what is included and what is not, without promising savings we cannot yet measure.
It can happen. That is why we decide in advance which tasks can run on their own and which need human review. For customer replies, especially sensitive ones, we can start with drafts to approve and a clear way to pass requests to a person.
That needs checking. Some programs offer ready-made connections; others have technical or contractual limits. Before promising an integration, I check the options and explain which data can actually move between tools.
Yes. Software changes, and unexpected cases can arise in daily use. We agree on how to check that everything works and whether maintenance is needed; I do not assume a monthly fee.
